In the fourth book in the Judy Moody series, page 97 is my favorite illustration. Lots going on and plenty of hidden tributes to a few of my friends and my hometown of Dedham, MA. The coffee on the top shelf is "Stott" brand. Ann Stott is the wonderful book designer at Candlewick Press who I have worked with for several years now! Also at the end of the book, Judy is wearing a "Follow Your Star" t-shirt ,which is a nod to my book The North Star. - Peter |
